We conduct a brief interview to understand you, your needs, and your skiing ambitions. Then, we perform a thorough foot analysis to map out your foot anatomy—from arch height to foot width and the mobility of your foot and lower leg. We also identify any potential problem areas that may need extra attention. Our bootfitting experts know our range down to the smallest detail and ensure you get a boot that truly fits you, regardless of brand or flex. Our goal is to provide you with a boot that feels perfect, without compromise.

Finding your basic stance in the ski boot is essential for comfortable and effective skiing. The basic stance is the optimal position for your body, without unnatural angles that could disrupt your skiing. We help you achieve a natural stance by, first, finding the right boot for your foot and skiing style, then creating custom insoles to position your feet in a neutral alignment. This allows your foot to relax rather than tense up to fit the boot, resulting in better control and power transfer, making skiing more enjoyable and less taxing on you and your body.

After conducting a thorough foot analysis and discussing your skiing goals, we present boot models that match your foot profile. You’ll try on boots to feel how they fit, and we make precise adjustments as needed—whether that involves heating the liners, expanding the shell, or building up areas such as the heel, last, flex, or toe box—to ensure a perfect fit. Sometimes only liner heating is needed, but for those with foot issues, further adjustments are often required—and that’s what we love most.
